　　FLSA STATUS: Hourly- Grade 2.5 starting wage ($20.20-$ 21.00)

　　Position Summary:

　　Team members will be responsible for installing and wiring 12-volt electrical components, water hoses, hatches, doors, dashes, pumps, engines etc. for all boat models.

　　Roles and responsibilities:

　　Ability to understand electrical wiring diagrams, work orders, & install harnesses etc.

　　Operate and maintain hand and power tools.

　　Aptitude to learn mechanical components and assembly.

　　Work in an innovative team environment to produce the highest quality of aluminum boats on the market.

　　Perform general housekeeping and maintenance.

　　Required and preferred:

　　Dependable attendance is REQUIRED

　　High school diploma or equivalent preferred

　　Some previous history preferred but not required

　　Be able to follow instructions and procedures

　　Detailed and organized

　　Work overtime when needed to meet important production deadlines

　　Responsible for following our safety policies and procedures, as well as helping identify potential risks and hazards

　　Work Environment:

　　While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, see, sit, and use arms, hands, and fingers. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move a variety of materials. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level is moderate to high in the manufacturing setting.
