Description:

　　Drives New Product Development (NPD) and Sustaining Engineering effectiveness and efficiency across Engineering disciplines. Responsible for developing department capabilities to support business needs, including employee development and continuous improvement of facilities and equipment. Has overall responsibility to ensure department goals and objectives are met as set in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

　　Balances managerial responsibilities with individual contribution to the development of new products. Leads engineering projects and interfaces directly with customers to win new business and continuously improve existing products.

　　Rf design (Extensive experience)Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Experience in Aerospace and/or Defense industries. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

　　Experience with product design and development within a stage-gate process

　　Understanding of AS9100 Rev C and ISO 9000 is preferred

　　Clear communication skills

　　Active U.S. SECRET security clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
