This position requires teamwork within the field (sales), professional education, and marketing.Training of electrophysiologists and cardiologists along with relevant medical staff and personnel in the use of company devices via live procedures and during hands-on laboratory training programsMarket development and awareness as it relates to hybrid therapies procedures and left atrial appendage management and ablation.Guidance and support for physicians and medical staff during live procedures, and utilization and/or operation of company technology.Patient support and follow-up where requested by physician or medical staffWork in a team environment, collaborating with multiple departments in and out of the fieldConduct training for the physician and medical staff with modalities such as didactic and hands-on laboratory approachesProvide technical and clinical support during surgical procedures: all stages of the proceduresMake calls on physicians and support staff as necessary to discuss AtriCure technology, training programs, and clinical programs and trialsDevelop, create, and organize hcp education opportunities and functions to drive awareness and knowledge of AtriCure therapies and technologies.Engage and build Hybrid EP customer base within existing accounts and adoption of new accountsCommunication on frequent basis, reporting on case notes and product and clinical feedbackWhat You BringUndergraduate degree in technical or scientific field or experience equivalenceExperience working in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab or Catheterization lab or cardiac surgery either through industry or clinical setting preferredExperience in a clinical setting with Mapping systems for cardiac ablation highly preferredExperience working in a highly collaborative environmentAbility to travel 25-75% depending on territoryAbility to pass account and hospital credentialing processesWhat We Offer in ReturnCompetitive Salary plus monthly bonus/commissionCar allowance, gas and cell phone reimbursement, ex
