About the Role: The Revenue Operations Specialist is focused on driving sales insights, validating pipelines and forecasts, focusing on process improvement, and ensuring the entire sales organization has everything needed to be successful. This important role works closely with counterparts in Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Channel / Partner Sales, Solution Engineering, and Operations to ensure that processes and products support the achievement of sales objectives. The RevOps Specialist reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations.

　　What You’ll Do:

　　Manage dashboards and build production / revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals.

　　Identify opportunities to drive revenue, including go-to-market strategies, tactics to streamline the customer lifecycle, and potential sales process improvements.

　　Work cross-functionally with Sales and Sales Leadership, Operations, Finance and Accounting, Marketing, and other stakeholders to share insights and centralize information.

　　Drive quarterly business reviews as a catalyst for more meaningful, proactive conversations between Account Management and Dataprise clients.

　　Oversee systems and data administration, and recommend tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting.

　　Partner with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives.

　　Serve as the Sales organization’s internal subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics.

　　What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

　　Several years of experience in sales, business development, and/or revenue operations.

　　Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Dynamics; experience with ConnectWise and/or HubSpot SalesHub are also a plus.

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Ability to succeed working in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment.

　　Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
