　　Title: Data Reporting and Visualization Senior Engineer

　　Job Summary:

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Reporting and Visualization Specialist to join our Autonomy & Automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end data reporting and visualization solutions for Caterpillar customers, providing actionable insights from complex datasets to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and data needs for reporting and visualization projects.

　　Design and develop scalable and interactive data reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

　　Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards and reports that effectively communicate complex data insights to different levels of stakeholders.

　　Perform data analysis and data modeling to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting and visualization solutions.

　　Optimize data queries and performance to ensure timely and efficient data retrieval for reporting purposes.

　　Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data reporting and visualization technologies, and apply them to improve existing solutions.

　　Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure smooth data integration and data pipeline processes.

　　Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on using data reporting and visualization tools effectively.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data reporting and visualization needs in various business areas.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

　　Proven experience (9+ years) in designing and developing end-to-end data reporting and visualization solutions.

　　- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.

　　- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.

　　Familiarity with data modeling concepts and database structures.

　　Solid understanding of data analytics and data visualization best practices.

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

　　Detail-oriented and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

　　Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

　　Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

　　Relocation is available for this position.
