Description Are you an Accounts Receivable (A/R) professional? Then you may be the candidate that Robert Half is looking for to join the team at an expanding Insurance - Title company. Taking on this role, you will enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging report, place billing and collection calls, maintain a cash receipts journal, update, and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L. The team is rapidly growing and needs a self-starter to join the accounting team! Paying close attention to detail, you will process full-cycle AP and handle multiple invoices per week. 　　Key responsibilities

　　Contact clients to help resolve payment issues; assist in setting up payment plans

　　Carry out general accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures

　　Verify the correctness of documents and codes

　　Support, communicate, and reinforce the mission, values and culture of the organization

　　Supply shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stake holders with information as requested

　　Reconcile bank accounts, posting and balancing financial data in various ledgers

　　Handle monthly closings and annual reports, including processing payments and compiling segments in compliance with GAAP Requirements - Proven analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

　　3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field

　　Skilled with ERP systems

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

　　Be detailed, flexible, and organized
