Description
This role is primarily focused on supporting our store team and customers, ensuring a top-notch experience for all. The successful candidate will be actively involved in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring the cleanliness of the store and its surroundings, and providing enthusiastic customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize a strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology to support the store team and customers
• Regularly scan the sales floor to ensure counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functioning
• Greet customers during peak times, ensuring they are connected to a sales consultant promptly and well-prepared to demonstrate company technology
• Frequently check and inspect the back of the store for clean, secure, and appropriately placed inventory
• Assist with receiving inventory and properly stocking the back of house according to store standards
• Conduct the weekly cycle count process and help look for opportunities to improve the store count process
• Stay current with processes and procedures while suggesting improvements that enhance the customer and/or store experience
• Adjust and adapt to store management priorities and direction while demonstrating professionalism and integrity
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, being able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary
• Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.
Requirements • Must possess strong customer service skills
• Sales experience is required, preferably in a retail environment
• Knowledge of various procedures and protocols in retail settings
• Ability to provide workstation support to team members
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Experience in check processing is beneficial
• Prior experience in retail is essential
• Understanding of conductivity principles
• Proficiency in warehouse management is preferred
• Consistent attendance is necessary
• Familiarity with the Go programming language
• Experience with ProFile software is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Knowledge of cycle count procedures in a retail setting
• Previous store experience would be advantageous
• Familiarity with maintaining safe walkways in a retail environment
• Experience with QA management would be beneficial.
