JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position will be based out of our Casco office,however will travel and work out of all 9 of our branches to coverstaffing needs (Kewaunee, Door and Brown Counties). This position willwork 35-40 hrs per week including 2-3 Saturday mornings per month.Position Summary: As an employee of the Bank, supports company cultureand mission statement to \"Have a Positive Impact on People\'s Lives\".Ensure prompt accurate service to all customers regarding their depositand loan accounts. Initiates new business development opportunities anddeals directly with existing customers to expand and strengthen bankingrelationships while working out of the bank location where thisindividual is needed. Principal Responsibilities and Duties: 1. MaintainAccount Relationships A. Quotes rates and answers customer inquiries. B.Opens, services and makes changes as requested to all deposit accounts.Inputs account data into platform system. C. Prepares customer directdeposit sign-ups. D. Opens and services safe deposit boxes. E.Formulates mandatory IRA customer distributions, completing requireddocumentation for customer signature and processing IRA\'s on system. F.Assists customers with imaging research and balancing accounts. G.Processes wire requests. H. Assists customers with debit card disputes.I. Ensures customer data remains up to date and accurate. Performsupdates as needed. 2. Develop New Account Relationships A. Accessescustomer needs and recommends appropriate products and services toexisting and potential customers by phone or personal visits. B. Followsup on new account relationships after 21 days. C. Makes appropriatecustomer referrals to all business areas of the bank. D. Attends andactively participates in team sales meetings. E. Assists customerscompleting credit card applications. 3. Processes Teller Transactions A.Cashes customer checks. B. Handles savings and checking deposits,withdrawals and transfers. C. Process customer loan payments, utilitypayments and cash advance requests. D. Issues personal money orders andcashiers checks. E. Assists with customer phone transfers. F. Balancesand verify cash drawer. G. Wraps coin and currency. H. Assists withprocessing and scanning daily Imaging. I. Maintains branch ATM/ITMmachine. J. Orders and sells postage stamps (if applicable to branch) K.Performs vault teller duties. L. Orders checks and deposit tickets forcustomers. M. Identifies and reports potential fraudulant customeractivity. N. Follows appropriate bank policies and procedures whencompleting transactions, placing holds when necessary. O. Evaluates andplaces holds when necessary for transactions. P. Adds and performsmaintenence on customer and non-customer information profiles. Q.Assists with EFT card travel alerts and online banking and 24 hourbanker inquiries. R. Prepares and processes cash buy and sell orders.***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: One year bankingexperience and sales experience required. Bank related courses stronglyrecommended. Background in customer service and sales. Computerknowledge required. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs to includeWord and Excel. Organizational and problem solving skills required.Ability to work with all levels within the organization. Must havestrong people skills, be detail orientated, organized and able to handlemultiple tasks.
