The CTL createsand leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise andensuring a good associate and customer experience. Responsibilitiesinclude all aspects of merchandising, Associate development, customerservice, and financial oversight.

　　Primary

　　Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets,expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timelycompletion of related reports to ensure financial andoperational goals are met.Demonstrates Ollie\'s \"Yes I Care, Yes I Can\" behaviors inproviding exceptional Associate and Customer serviceexperiences; makes sure all company standards are consistentlydemonstrated in every Associate and Customer interactionEnsure that store standards, seasonal transition planning,inventory processes, and company programs meet all operationalexpectations.Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth.Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs aremet.Perform all functions to open and close the store when neededand any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.Ollie\'s Associate Benefits:
