Job Responsibilities:
This role supports business by providing professional responses to all customer inquiries
Process all purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner to meet or exceed customer expectations
Represent with excellent customer service
Build and maintain customer relationships, act as a team player to both internal and external customers to achieve 100% satisfaction
Consistently deliver results and willing to broaden knowledge base
Reinforce brand positioning through professional and timely action
assist when needed with investigating and resolving customer inquiries
Accept and support changes for the better of our customers and business results
Monday - Friday
8AM-5PM
