　　Summary:

　　Respiratory Therapist for growing outpatient pulmonary clinic.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform pulmonary function testing including flow volume loops, spirometry, lung volumes by plethysmography, diffusion, and 6-minute walks.

　　Daily calibration and routine maintenance of equipment.

　　Administer respiratory medications including inhaled bronchodilators, asthma biologics and vaccinations.

　　Communicate with DME and other medical providers to coordinate patient care

　　Documenting pertinent information pertaining to patient care in the electronic medical record system.

　　Education Requirements:

　　● Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

　　Licensure/Certification Requirements:

　　● Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by the North Carolina Respiratory Care Board and registry eligible by the National Board of Respiratory Care (CRT or RRT). Must be registered (CRT or RRT) within 6 months of hire. BLS on hire.
