  About the role

  We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team based in Knoxfield, Victoria, Australia. This full-time role offers variety with the main duties being, but not limited to, the following:

  Responsibilities

  Deal with customer telephone and email enquiries.

  Data entry/ order entry.

  Monitor stock levels and customer demand and alert the Production Manager if there are perceived insufficient stock levels.

  Raising quotes for customers.

  Assisting with “Track and Trace” for customer’s orders.

  Promote add-on sales opportunities with customers wherever possible.

  Performs special projects and additional duties as requested by management from time to time.

  Prepare and maintain reports for management as required.

  This role is a great opportunity to start your career in Sales and Administration. You will be reporting to the Customer Service team leader and any experience you can bring to the role will be advantageous, and additional training will be provided.

  However, you will need to have basic to intermediate level of requirements for the following:

  A demonstrated understanding and participation in the teamwork ethic.

  Excellent computer skills- Microsoft Office (specially MS Word and MS Excel), additional SAP experience is an advantage.

  Must be able to operate in a fast-paced organisation and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  Must have effective written, verbal and presentation skills.

  Prompt, punctual, well presented, and respectful of peers and management
