About the Role:
The Residential Recovery Specialist (RRS) will provide support toindividuals living with chronic mental illness and/or substance usedisorders in a recovery-based trauma sensitive residential facility. TheRSS will support therapeutic programming, share meals with the clients,facilitate medication compliance, all while building strong, meaningfulconnections!
This position is great for students or those who want to further theirexperience in the human service industry. We are looking for staff whocan assist in motivating and encouraging individuals toward integrationinto the community.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, sensitivity, and reasoning skills.
- Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly.
- Ability to develop a nurturing relationship with clients.
- Must have a valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation withpersonal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levelsmandated by the State of Vermont.
