　　Robert Half is currently working with a client looking for an Payroll Analyst!

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Process and verify payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

　　Calculate and process salary payments, tax withholdings, and other deductions in a timely manner.

　　Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.

　　Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

　　Collaborate with HR and finance teams to obtain necessary information for payroll processing.

　　Stay up-to-date on relevant tax laws, labor regulations, and industry best practices.

　　Generate and analyze payroll reports to support financial reporting and auditing processes.

　　Assist in the implementation and improvement of payroll processes and systems.

　　Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and handle sensitive data with discretion.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

　　Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar role.

　　Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

　　Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

　　High level of integrity and confidentiality.
