　　We have a new residential management opportunity at The Arc Mid-Hudson for a Residential Program Manager, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, in our Southern Region, at the Rousner residence.

　　Our Rousner residence, which is conveniently located between Rosendale and New Paltz, is the home of nine amazing gentlemen.

　　Rousner is situated on a beautiful piece of property, bordering the woods. The men who live at Rousner LOVE being outside, especially if it involves going fishing or taking a short hike. Even on days when they would rather stay indoors, employees will join in the fun of helping the men decorate the walls of their home with colorful pictures, an enjoyable activity that takes place around the large dining table! And the warmer months provide opportunities to take some road trips – so a trip to Six Flags in Lake George might be on the agenda!

　　Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support.

　　The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

　　HOURS: 40/Tuesday through Saturday - 11:00 am to 7:00 pm/flexible, based on needs of the program

　　SALARY: $ 58,500 per year

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Bachelors degree preferred

　　Supervisory experience

　　Computer skills

　　Acceptable NYS Driver's license
