AHRC NYC is currently seeking a Residential Manager for their residences in Manhattan. This position has an annual salary of between $60-$62k plus a very generous benefit package which includes: medical, dental and vision plans, tuition reimbursement, a 403b retirement plan with employer match, generous paid time off and more. Days off are typically Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday. Residence operate 24/7.
Position Description:
Assumes overall responsibilities for the smooth operation of the residence.
Ensures ongoing compliance and quality assurance with State and Federal regulations pertinent to the operation of the residence to which he/she is assigned.
Provides direct supervision of direct support staff assigned to the residence under his/her jurisdiction.
Collaborates with the management team to create a program of services for each resident, and assigns the tasks of each member of the direct support team.
Participates in comprehensive service planning activities with outside agencies for each resident under his/her jurisdiction.
Qualifications:
Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, Required
Experience as a supervisor in a residential setting, Required
Knowledge of OPWDD regulations, Required.
Valid NYS or Tri- state driver's license for more than one year, in good standing required
Must be willing to work flexible schedule including one day of each weekend.
