　　rResponsibilities

　　rThe Guthridge & Jameslabs{target="blank"rel="noopener"}(james.omrf.org{target="blank"rel="noopener"};Guthridge.omrf.org{target="_blank"rel="noopener"}) are seeking a highly motivated and organized individualto contribute to projects designed to deconstruct the drivers ofautoimmune disease at the molecular level in both preclinical andadvanced disease states. Studies characterizing the immune cells andtheir responses against pathogens and autoreactive responses at thecellular and tissue levels using advanced single-cell multiomicphenotyping approaches, high-dimnensional biomarker profiling, andspatial multiomic techniques. Duties will include both basic andadvanced cell and molecular biology techniques, such as Luminex andOlink biomarker assays in addition to ELISAs, Western blotting. Singlecell techniques including multi-parameter flow cytometry,high-dimensional mass cytometry (CyTOF), imaging mass cytometry(Hyperion), and single cell transcriptomics, proteomics and repertoireusing the latest 10X genomics platforms.

　　rrrrBachelors degree typically in one of the biological sciences and/orequivalent years of relevant laboratory experience.Must have effectivecommunication skills and excellent attention to detail. Must bemotivated, conscientious, and highly dependable. Must be able to readand comprehend instructions, short correspondence andprotocols/procedures, and to write r utine reports and correspondence.Should be familiar with standard lab techniques. Must be able to workwith minimal instruction on routine work.rrrr
