　　Position Overview:

　　We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Non-Profit Controller for our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-profit and/or healthcare accounting, with a passion for contributing to a meaningful cause. As the Non-Profit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of the organization, overseeing a team of 2 in the accounting department, and reporting directly to the Executive Director.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

　　Collaborate with program managers and other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

　　Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with leadership to develop and monitor financial plans.

　　Manage and mentor a team of 4 accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

　　Ensure compliance with non-profit accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

　　Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

　　Coordinate annual audits and liaise with auditors to address inquiries and provide necessary documentation.

　　Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard organizational assets.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

　　5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with a focus on non-profit and/or healthcare accounting.

　　2+ years of recent leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

　　Strong knowledge of non-profit accounting principles, regulations, and compliance.

　　Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

　　Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

　　Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Qualifications:
