Apply advanced statistical, scientific and technical expertise to implementclinical and institutional research projects to advance the mission of theHazelden Betty Ford Foundation. Disseminate results through verbal and/orwritten reports, white papers, scholarly publications and conferencepresentations. Lead a team comprised of Research Assistants, a Librarian,and other research department staff as assigned to ensure that all projectsproceed in a timely and efficient manner. Serve as a research faculty memberwithin the Graduate School, participating in committees and teams, asassigned, and teaching the research course.
Conduct research projects to fulfill the organization's strategic andoperational goals.
Secure funding to support research.
Report, publish, present, and disseminate research results
Provide leadership and supervision to Research Assistants and other researchdepartment staff to ensure that all projects proceed in a timely and efficientmanner.
Collaborate with other internal and/or external researchers
Serve as a research faculty member in the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate Schoolof Addiction Studies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field completed within ascientist or scientist practitioner program.Completed doctoral level coursework in research design, methodology, andadvanced statisticsMinimum of 2 years of psychosocial treatment research activityExcellent written and verbal skillPreferred Qualifications:Prior supervision and leadership experienceCurrent professional license (i.e., psychology)
