　　The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for Access Control Guards to support our government customer located at Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF), Honolulu, HI.

　　Will support varying shifts to cover non-traditional working hours such as evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays.

　　DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　This work may require work in unconditioned construction zones; must be willing and able to wear hard hats, steel toe boots, safety vest, and other applicable PPE.

　　This work may also require exposure to loud equipment noises and associated dust typically found in construction zone areas.

　　Man the assigned Entry Control Points at all time:

　　Keep a log of activities for each entry point.

　　Conduct identification checks on all visitors.

　　Validate all visitors against a Government provided access roster.

　　Record time each visitor entered and exited the facility.

　　Communicate with all visitors as required to facilitate the accomplishment of the installation mission.

　　Direct individuals not listed on access roster to the facility Security Officer for processing.

　　Check in and check out with the facility Security officer or designee.

　　Identify and report any potentially abnormal activities to include trespassing, sabotage, espionage, theft of property, or accidental or willful damage or destruction of property.

　　Daily complete and submit Entry Point Activity Log.

　　Complete a daily written incident report for all abnormal incidents that occurred at the entry point.

　　REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

　　Must have a high school graduate or GED equivalent.

　　Must have the ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English.

　　Must be willing and able to acquire your Security Guard Employee Registration (Guard Card)

　　REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

　　Must be physically capable of frequently walking on average two to three miles every four hours over uneven and slightly sloped surfaces.

　　Must be physically capable of standing for periods of four hours at a time.

　　Must be physically capable of climbing an approximately 220’ segmented ladder well to egress the facility.

　　Must have adequate sight (at least 20/40 corrected or natural), sound (able to hear a whispered voice from 5 feet away), and smell (ability to detect hydrocarbon odors) sensory factors to perform the required services.

　　Must be willing and able to sign nondisclosure agreements.

　　REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

　　Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier 3 Background Investigation and have a favorable fingerprint report.

　　Must be U.S. citizens.
