　　Job Description:

　　About the Role:

　　The role of the replenishment planner is to develop an inventory plan for a category based on demand, actual orders, network lead times and available inventory to balance fill rates, carrying costs, and transportation.

　　Define the appropriate inventory levels and associated required capacity to optimize service, working capital and cost.

　　Acquire forecasts for all finished goods inventory-consuming events and translate those forecasts into an inventory plan, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure the inventory is managed according to constraints and targets that are aligned with the business strategy.

　　Monitor and track inventory levels and reconcile inventory variances using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions.

　　Accountable for inventory stock transfer / plant to distribution center replenishment.

　　Set-up and maintain systems to facilitate efficient inventory management, customer service, and operational metrics.

　　Work cross-functionally with demand planning, supply planning, warehouse, quality, and sales to ensure alignment and meet company objectives.

　　Important Details: This is a full-time role located at our corporate office in Oakbrook, IL. We operate hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite/2 days remote.

　　About You:

　　You’ll fit right in if you have:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field preferred

　　Minimum 3-5 years supply chain, production scheduling, material planning, inventory, or operations experience

　　Experience with an ERP system; knowledge of SAP desired

　　Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required (V-Look Up, Pivot Tables)

　　Intermediate PowerBI skillset preferred

　　Ability to clearly communicate results of analysis verbally and in written form

　　APICS certified (American Production Inventory Certification Society) a plus
