Job Description

　　IG is looking for an Implementation Design Lead for a Large Supply Chain customer of ours in Columbus, Oh. This person will be partnering with the company's customers during Warehouse Management System roll out and implementations. They will be involved in all stages of the implementation including exploration, installation, initial implementation, and full implementation. Some of their responsibilities will include creating and gathering business requirements from stakeholders, translating those requirements and in turn creating design documentation to help guide the implementation of the solution. They will also be managing workflows of the project; working hand-in-hand with the project team throughout the duration of the initiative. This person must come from a strong Warehouse/Supply Chain background to help assist customer properly.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　* 5+ years of Implementation Lead/Business Analyst/ Technical Consultant/ Product Manager experience

　　o Primary skillset is gathering business requirements and designing technical solutions to customers

　　* Heavy Customer Focused

　　* Strong WMS Background -- can be operational/functional or technical on the configuration side. They must understand how the systems works and what its meant to do for this business

　　* Willingness to travel 60% of the time

　　* Good communication and presentation skills * Manhattan WMS

　　* Blu Yonder WMS

　　* Vizio, Microsoft Project null
