Bea representative pillar of partnership with end users, to enhance andgrow our partnerships and overall footprint of Perceptiv IntelligentReliability Solutions. Investigate (troubleshoot) issues at customersites or remotely for new and existing installations of remotemonitoring and diagnostics systems. Perform field data collection andservice work for the Perceptiv Services Solutions team. Reports remoteand diagnostics monitoring services results in clear concise manner tocustomers. Cooperate in the creation of documents and programsconcerning the Perceptiv Services solutions and their usage. This caninclude case studies, best practices, instruction manuals, FAQ\'s, etc.Coordinate and assist scheduling work as necessary as well as assembleand maintainstechnical data and reports as required. Coordinatecross-functional teams to fully execute remote monitoring vibrationanalysis services project deliverables. Manage all database changes andensure all databases in compliance with current applicable standards.Implement and track key performance indicators for deployed services toensure that Monitoring & Diagnostic products and services aresustainable and continually improved. Be a technical resource to thecustomers in the troubleshooting vibration and Torque related issues andperforms and oversees services projects.
