Kforce has a client in Quincy, MA that is seeking a Release Manager.Responsibilities: Release Manager will collaborate with the Functional Manager to understand monthly release schedule Collaborate with the Functional Manager to understand deliverables to support each development life cycle Release scoping and coordinate priority changes and adjust release scoping Collaborate with the Functional Manager technical staff to identify cross-system/cross-team release dependencies Collaborate with the Functional Manager to coordinate priority changes and adjust release scoping Collaborate with external teams to coordinate environment and functional readiness for release testing Collaborate with the technical team members to ensure deliverables are completed on time Collaborating with the unified quality assurance team lead ensuring release deliverables are completed on time As a Release Manager, you will monitor and manage the uploading of deliverable documents to the appropriate network repositories Collaborate with the technical team and unified quality assurance team to ensure Production deployment requirements are clearly documented and communicated to all responsible Stakeholders Monitor results against established timelines, deliverables, tasks, dependencies, and associated technical specifications Develop proactive adjustments when established timelines are at risk Create and distribute weekly executive release reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Minimum five years of extensive experience with project management as the release manager of a large-scale application Experience as the Release Manager of a cloud migration project or projects Strong organizational skills, problem-solving aptitude, and attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work well with others in a fast fast-paced, dynamic environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
