Key Responsibilities: Advises consumerand small business clients in their selection of deposit accounts, loansand other products and financial services. Act as primary point ofcontact for assigned portfolio of clients and work proactively to deepenrelationships and ensure client retention; proactively work to acquirenew clients. Expand new and existing relationships by advising andrecommending appropriate financial solutions to each client\'s uniquesituation. Utilize and embrace new technology to enhance the clientexperience Meet and exceed individual goals for new loans, depositaccounts and referrals; utilize various reports to monitor and report onprogress. Identify and successfully refer clients and prospects toappropriate business partners resulting in expanded relationships inother lines of business. As OneJFG, you are part of a team of supportivebusiness partners that collaborate to serve our clients\' full financialneeds. Partner with your branch team to remain familiar with competitorproducts, services and pricing; understands and uses techniques withclients to compare and contrast JFG products and services.
