GENERAL PURPOSE

　　Assists in the treatment of patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and participates as an active member of the outpatient services team. Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Graduate from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program

　　Current licensure or ability to obtain as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in state of practice and/or nationally certified

　　Previous experience in outpatient, preferred

　　Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health

　　Ability to travel within 50 minutes of your assigned primary building(s) as needed
