Reimbursement Review Service Associate IV
Full-Time Position
9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
Pay rate: $18-20/ hr. (depending on experience)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reimbursement Review Service Associate IV to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a Team Lead for our Reimbursement team responsible for Medical Benefits Investigations and Prior Authorization follow-ups. The primary focus of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the team, as well as provide leadership and guidance to team members.
Responsibilities :
Team Leadership: Lead a team of Reimbursement Review Service Associates in medical benefits investigations and prior authorization follow-ups.
Process Management: Oversee the day-to-day workflow, ensuring tasks are efficiently managed to meet service level agreements.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Training and Development: Provide training to team members and support their professional growth.
Communication: Act as a point of contact between team members and management, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve escalated issues and provide solutions to complex cases.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure team compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is up to $18-$20/hr.
