This position, within the authorities provided and under the supervision of a Director of Regulatory Affairs (DRA), will be responsible for several chain retail pharmacy regulatory compliance matters, including conducting customer due diligence reviews of retail chain pharmacies, use of analytical tools and other technology-based tools to prepare customer due diligence reports, and regular engagement with customer pharmacy representatives about due diligence matters. The position requires computer skills, use of software applications such as Tableau, among others, and sound analytical and writing skills. This position will report to a Director, Regulatory Affairs (DRA).Key Responsibilities:Manage customer due diligence processes, under the supervision of the DRA, to include new customer onboardings and various other reviews of chain customers.With assistance from team members and DRAs as required, review and analyze chain customer data to support due diligence processes and identify/validate customer business models and controlled substances ordering and dispensing trends.Utilize software application to draft and document due diligence reviews including data analyses.Engage with chain customer Regulatory Affairs/Compliance personnel as needed to support CSMP processes.Engage with other McKesson departments on matters related to chain retail pharmacy customers.Seek opportunities to improve CSMP operational excellence through people, processes or technology.Minimum Requirement:Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experienceCritical Skills:Working knowledge of Federal and State governmental regulations pertaining to controlled substance compliance.Experience or familiarity with regulatory or controlled substance compliance or enforcement matters in government, healthcare, or the pharmaceutical industry.Additional Knowledge & Skills:Experience effectively collaborating within a team environment.The ability to make strategic, logic-based and educated decisions leveraging data, analysis, and information from a variety of sources.Familiarity with retail pharmacy operationsExperience with Tableau, SAP and Salesforce; proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Education: Four-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.Physical Requirements: General Office Duties / 10% travelLocation: NationwideAt McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
