Description:

　　Provide supervision to nursing team members. Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care.

　　Must Haves:

　　Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure required

　　Supervisor experience in a Long-Term Care / Geriatric facility

　　Active CPR required

　　Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

　　Associate's Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred

　　Skills:

　　Patient care, Medical, long-term care

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

　　Perform resident assessments.

　　Participate in daily resident rounding.

　　Assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
