　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Medical Surgical/Telemetry (4 North) is a 24 bed unit that takes medical surgical or telemetry monitored patients; primarily with renal, cardiac, gastrointestinal, pulmonary and general surgical diagnoses. This unit is culture driven and strives to provide exceptional patient care and a teamwork atmosphere. At MMC we pride ourselves on providing compassionate, safe, and quality care, while instilling a nursing culture where teamwork, recognition, decision-making, and driving outcomes start at the bedside. 　　Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
