This professional nursing position is responsiblefor providing direct and indirect patient care to a mostly geriatricand/or disabled population. The incumbent provides direction to otherstaff in the provision and coordination of member care, and monitorscare given by other health team members on a unit, floor, or in abuilding. All activities are performed in accordance with applicableindustry standards of practice, facility policies/procedures, and stateand federal rules and regulations. Core Shifts Available AM 1st Shift -6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PM 2nd Shift - 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. NOC 3rdShift - 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. **LTEs may work partial shifts onrequest.** Job duties require the ability to assist in patientmobility efforts, stand and/or walk up to 75% of eight-hour day toprovide assessments, kneel, stoop, make visual observations, lift, push,pull, carry, reach, maintain hygiene, use special safety equipment, andwear protective clothing. Employment in thisposition is contingent upon passing a pre-employment tuberculosis (TB)skin test.
