Redeemer Health Care Center, a 5-star rated, 119-bed senior care campus in Uptown, is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team. In addition to our generous benefits, we're offering up to a $7,500 Bonus and we have NEW increased wages of $36.25 to $42.07 / hour!

　　There are Full-Time and Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available working 8 hour shifts. 

　　Full-Time Shifts: Days (6:30am to 3:00pm)

　　Part-Time Shifts: Days (6:30am to 3:00pm) and Evenings (2:30pm to 11:00pm)

　　Full-Time is eligible for a $7,500 Bonus. Part-Time is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus.

　　We are also excepting On-Call RNs who will get an additional $3 / hour on top of base pay!

　　Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: 

　　Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care plans for residents.  

　　Recognizes and manages common geriatric syndromes common to aging adults: cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory and pain problems.

　　Supervises work performed by LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Aides

　　Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

　　Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.

　　Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.

　　Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.

　　Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

　　Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.

　　Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

　　Registered Nurse (RN) Skills and Requirements:

　　Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license required.

　　CPR certified preferred or willing to get

　　Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

　　Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

　　Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
