Regions Hospital is looking to hire an exceptional, patient focused Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedics/General Surgery Unit and make a difference for our patients and our community. This Unit cares for orthopedic, general surgery and general medicine patients. In addition, the International Geriatric Fracture Society (IGFS) has certified Regions Hospital as one of the first Geriatric Fracture Care Programs in the United States. We are known for saving lives in our Level I Trauma Center, and our nursing staff are key to the exceptional care we provide each patient. Work Schedule: 0.70 Evening/Night rotation. 8 hour shifts during the week and 12 hour shifts every 3rd weekend. Required Qualifications: *Degree in Nursing *Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota *CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers Preferred Qualifications: *BSN/MSN strongly preferred and generally expected that BSN/MSN is obtained within 5 years of hire *One year of acute care RN experience is preferred Benefits: Regions Hospital offers a competitive benefits package (.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K with match, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
