  What You’ll Do:

  The Associate Partner plays a pivotal role in expanding the ICLE business by utilizing their extensive knowledge and expertise in education. This involves identifying the most critical issues within school districts, crafting a comprehensive solution, and defining the scope of work. The objective is to establish trust and foster a lasting relationship with customers.

  Job Responsibilities:

  As a valued member of the ICLE Partner team, the Associate Partner will utilize the following approaches to drive business growth:

  Formulate and execute business strategies aimed at achieving quarterly objectives and annual revenue targets.

  Actively explore innovative ways to enhance ICLE services and practices for both existing and potential customers.

  Work collaboratively with the marketing team to devise and implement novel sales strategies.

  Stay updated on education research and ICLE projects to provide profound insights that address customer needs.

  Engage with partners and implementation directors to create a comprehensive annual territory action plan.

  Generate and monitor new leads, ensuring a continuous expansion of the business's reach.

  Foster and sustain positive, trust-based relationships with partners, fostering a cohesive and respectful team culture.

  Identify and refer HMH Sales partner opportunities to address core, intervention, and other service needs.

  Education & Experience:

  Minimum Master of Education

  Prior Experience in the Practice Area ·

  Must be able to travel up to 80% of the time through a combination of domestic air travel and driving a car.

  Experience working at the particular level of impact at the K-12 level

  Benefits and Salary Range:

  Salary Range: $75K - $85K + uncapped commissions
