　　Located on the 20th floor of the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel on Queen Street, The Churchill unveils unrivalled spectacular panoramic views of the city.

　　We specialise in gin and cocktails, boasting nearly 200 gin styles and presenting a specially curated, unique and luxurious Winston Churchill themed cocktail menu. These highlight spirits and flavours from around the globe for even the most discerning drinker.

　　Guest experience is at the core of our brand. We provide a fine-dining, stylistic approach to bar service and aim to enhance every guest's experience by offering elite knowledge, service and product.

　　The impact you’ll make

　　You are a bright server who takes pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally inspired menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. Our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day.

　　Key Duties

　　Welcome and seat guests

　　Attend to tables

　　Open and serve wine/champagne

　　Provide excellent menu knowledge to guests

　　Monitor bar for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests

　　Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar area

　　Check menus to ensure they are current, clean and plentiful

　　Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports

　　About you

　　Passionate and service-oriented

　　Previous hosting experience is a big plus

　　Positive outlook and outgoing personality

　　Great storytelling skills

　　Be willing to learn an in-depth knowledge of gins, cocktails and all things beverage
