Seeking Registered Nurse for Direct Placement (no contract period!)

　　Current ACLS is required.

　　Description:

　　3 12's 6:45pm - 6:45 am, rotating weekends. Night shift gets $3 an hour extra for working nights and another $2 for working weekends. So potential for $5 on top of their initial pay rate.

　　In charge of 5-7 people(1RN, 1-2 LPN's, 1-2 CNA's)

　　25 bed hospital but only 5 patients right now. Average patients seen is around 12.

　　Come in and take reports, filling out checks on nurses, watch nurses complete med passes and ensure doing correctly. Med/surge during the night, will be helping with emergency room if needed and NP on call situations, In charge of the nurse reporting sheet, be the resource to help out staff wherever it is needed.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Certification that is nice to have: PALS

　　Leadership experience

　　Charge nurse experience
