　　Proficiency in order entry

　　Switchboard phone (1-10 lines) experience

　　Adeptness in Email Correspondence

　　Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyExcellent customer service and office administrative skills

　　Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Excellent computer skills
