- We create innovative solutionsThe Regional Training Manager will support all company training initiatives.They will facilitate the ATRT Academy for Field Leader and Providers to ensure all clinics are operating under the same business model, providing a best-in-class Patient experience. Theyare responsible foridentifying training needs, facilitating in-person and virtual training events, and monitoring completion and the effectiveness of HearingLife's training programs.The incumbent must live or be willing to relocate the Midwest area.
Responsibilities Essential Job Functions:
- Host ATRT Academy in person and virtually based on business need and hiring volume.
- Support national training initiatives as appropriate, virtually and inperson, including, tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
- Conduct performance gap analysis and partner with RVPs on outlier training for Field Leaders and Clinic Team Members.
- Conduct clinical skills training as needed to support knowledge gaps for HCPs (real-ear verification, masking, Affinity Compact, etc).
- Partner with the Support Center and Patient Support Center on training facilitation needs as identified.
- Conduct continuing education programs for HCPs, focused on PSP execution (Tested Not Treated, Managed Care, Out of Warranty, etc.).
- Support Team Member Experience program facilitation
- Support product launch training for Leadership, PSC and Clinic Team Members
- Partner with Oticon on clinic-specific product training needs
- Partner with Team Member Experience on in-person training facilitation and Oticon CEU training opportunities for Providers
- Provide Clinic and Field Leader onboarding Support.
- Facilitate monthly PCC and HCP Chats.
- Deliver HL-EDUs and Custom-Fits.
- Deliver HearingLife priority training initiatives as identified.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
This role will consist of4-6 days per month in the clinic seeing patients. Candidate must live within the region and proximity of a clinic.
QualificationsEducation and Experience:
- A licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist with a minimum of3-5years' experience in a clinic.
- Strong performance as a clinician in both clinical skillset and sales performance, as demonstrated by strong business KPIs.
- Excellent leadership qualities, which include the ability to collaborate and work effectively with Team Members at all levels.
- Ability to train and coach in a live and virtual environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to organize time and work effectively; strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise good judgment.
- Strong motivation, initiative, attention to detail, and a friendly Team Member-first attitude.
- Expert use of Microsoft Office products including Power Point, Word, and Excel.
- Expert use of online webinar products, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
