Job Description: Participation loans are loans where the originating underwriting agency identifies other investors, or participants, to share in the risk or funding of a particular loan. Functionality needs to be built to automatically pass transaction data from the funding association to the participating association(s). This functionality brings PLANT into parity with Cornerstone. Required Basic Qualifications: Prior experience as a Product Owner/Manager Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices Backlog Prioritization Story writing in Agile formats Previously run discovery interviews Previous work on Client products, specifically DNA Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit Key Skill(s): Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized Attention to detail Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Key Technology /Certification(s): None Required CSPO a plus SAFe certified a plus ADO experience a plus Key Responsibilities: Build Relationships with our Customer base Actively manage product backlog Research and capture requirements for User Stories and AC Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.) QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving to UAT Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-$70.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
