You will play an important role as the enabler and integrator for cybersecurity in Asia Pacific region driving cyber security, risk, and compliance. In this role, you will be responsible to develop and continuously increasing cybersecurity maturity and capabilities through effective stakeholder engagement, active listening, and meeting regulatory requirements. You will apply existing solid working experience and knowledge of continuous improvement, data protection, governance, risk management and mitigation.

Job Description
In this role, you will:
Be the integrator and key point of contact for cyber security and cyber compliance while facilitating engagement and collaboration from other GEHC Security, Risk and Compliance (ISI) functional teams.
Be the voice for the region from a cyber security perspective evaluating business/customer expectations, requirements, & interactions
Engage and align with Regional Information Security officer (RISO), APAC and Regional Chief Information Officers (CIO) and business leaders.
Own and drive security programs/operations including but not limited to incidents/events and customer inquiries.
Secure GE Healthcare information and assets, and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory, contractual, and corporate policy requirements.
Lead Cybersecurity Incident handling and regulatory activities.
Facilitate regional communications and roll out of campaigns on policies, standards, procedures, standard certifications.
Support go-to-market activities for cyber security solutions
Align with cross functional teams to define & implement data protection and governance processes and technologies.
Maintain effective working relationships with peers, functional partners, GE Business Leaders, and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization.
Evaluate and apply emerging technologies and regulations
Demonstrate your domain expertise; you are expected to further your own knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, giving presentations, and supporting a continuous learning culture
Education qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with over 12 years of experience.
Recognized industry leading certifications in relevant areas such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CIPM, CSX-P, and GIAC certifications
Desired Characteristics
Technical Expertise:
Command a good understanding and experience in cyber security, risk management, and compliance concepts and processes.
Ability to consult and influence stakeholders on alignment of outcomes and desired technical solutions
Ability to Analyze, design, and develop a solution roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs future state.
Working knowledge of balancing security and business needs
Knowledgeable on full range of services catalog within a cybersecurity function and able to discuss overall solution.
Experience sustaining operational stability through various life cycle phases
Able to lead early-stage customer interactions on cybersecurity solutions.
Additional spoken and written languages in Asia Pacific is beneficial

Understand how internal & external business model works and facilitate active customer engagement
Able to articulate the value of what is most important to the business/customer to achieve outcomes

Possess extensive knowledge of full solution catalog within a business unit and proficiency in discussing each area.
