　　The Regional Security Manager will be responsible for the implementation of Trinity’s security policy. Under the direction of the Director of Corporate Security, this position shall provide the necessary leadership required to ensure that the policies and procedures are in place provide a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and physical assets. This role will report to the Director of Corporate Security. Additionally, this position will support investigations initiated by the Director of Corporate Security and will also be responsible for an ongoing relationship with local and state law enforcement agencies. This position will also be responsible for conducting internal security investigations under the Director’s direction.

　　Duties are but not limited to:

　　Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for multiple locations within the region.

　　Oversee and manage security operations, including CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and alarm systems.

　　Oversee, manage and schedule the service technicians for repairs, maintenance and installations of all low voltage needs.

　　Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify weaknesses, evaluate and recommend appropriate measures.

　　Communicate with the other Regional Security Managers to ensure compliance with company security standards and regulations.

　　Provide training and guidance to staff on emergency response procedures and incident management.

　　Investigate security incidents, thefts, and other breaches, and take appropriate actions to prevent future occurrences.

　　Maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, property managers and outside contractors who may be required to assist in repairs or installations.

　　Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in security management.

　　Report back to the Director of Corporate Security on all security matters and incidents.

　　Coordinate equipment shipping for hardware returning to HQ.

　　Additional duties may be required if needed.

　　Experience:

　　Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or related field.

　　Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, loss prevention techniques, and access control systems.

　　Experience with Synology Surveillance and Isonas or similar access control systems a plus.

　　Experience with Active Shooter/Active Assailant procedures a plus.

　　Proven ability to develop and implement effective security strategies across multiple locations.

　　Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

　　Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

　　Experience conducting risk assessments and managing investigations.
