JOB REQUIREMENTS: Tracking Code 2017623 Job Description What You WillDo: We are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer in our IntegratedProduct Team (IPT). Your role will be critical in supporting our newproduct development activities. As part of the IPT, you will beresponsible for taking a design from concept, through development, andinto production. You may also be assigned to support new businesspursuits and technology refreshes of current product. This is an on-siteposition with flexibility located in our state of the art headquartersin Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the Senior Manager -Engineering of our Connected Products team. How You Will Do It: Lead asmall cross-functional product development team comprised of electrical,mechanical, and embedded software engineers through requirementsdefinition, product architecture, design, integration, and qualificationof new products Collaborate with systems engineers, project engineers,and program managers to develop and deliver innovative and affordablesolutions to our customers Lead the team to identify root cause andimplement corrective actions for issues discovered during verificationand qualification testing, customer integration, and product fieldfailures Work directly with purchasing, manufacturing, and suppliersthrough new product introduction and product launch What We Look For:Required A minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering oranother related field from an accredited institution 5+ years ofexperience in electrical design or related field Eligible to work in theUnited States without sponsorship Desired: A Master\'s Degree inElectrical Engineering or related field 2+ years of technical leadershipexperience Experience in power supply design and power managementarchitectures Experience with embedded processor implementationExperience with cellular, Wi-Fi, and RF technologies Experience in asafety-critical industry (Aerospace, Automotive, Life Sciences, etc.)Experience with EMI and environmental test requirements (DO-160,MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, etc.) Project management experience Somelimited travel may be required for this position Who We Are: Join a teamthat designs computers, displays, and electronic systems for aircraft ofthe future!
