  Chavez Radio Group is looking for a talented, passionate and driven Regional Digital Sales Specialist to join our radio family. What makes us different?   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  Provide support to our sales Media Sales Consultants as part of the digital sales process.

  Research and finding leads to building a strong digital sale pipeline.

  Accurately forecast sales, to meet and exceed monthly digital sales budgets.

  Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.

  Measure ROI and KPIs to assure client schedules are fulfilled.

  Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.

  Mentor team of Media Account Consultants to gain stronger understanding of digital sales platforms.

  Expected to support assigned teams to collectively meet monthly digital sales objectives.

  Responsible for processing of client digital schedules.

  Education and/or Experience

  1-3 years of experience as a Digital Media Sales Executive.

  1-3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

  Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.

  Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.

  1-3 years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.

  Familiarity with web design a plus but not necessary.

  Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success.

  Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

  Team player!

  Excellent time-management skills.

  Great interpersonal and communication skills.

  Skilled multi-tasker.

  Salary

  $36,000 - $48,000 per year DOE
