Description

　　Robert Half is seeking strong data entry and customer service professionals for a short term, contract opportunity in the senior health space. In this role you will get to make a big impact in participants daily lives and support with coordinating specialist and clinical appointments. You will need to have strong administration and task management skills to be successful in the role. Put your office and critical thinking skills to work in this full time referral coordinator position located in Battle Creek, MI.

　　Core Responsibilities:

　　Support customers with referral needs in network

　　Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff and outside parties

　　Coordinate and schedule specialist appts

　　Follow strong task management to create process.

　　Work with clinicians and learn various providers and channels

　　Requirements

　　EMR - Electronic Medical Records experience preferred

　　Medical Coding experience preferred

　　3 years of Administration or Clinical Support work required

　　Strong Customer Service Skills

　　Clinical experience preferred

　　Microsoft Excel Basic Skills Necessary

　　Critical thinking skills for independent work flow
