HARDSCAPER/LANDSCAPER, Elizabeth, CO: The landscaper is responsiblefor installing outdoor lighting and sprinkle systems; installation offountains, walking paths, fireplaces and BBQ and firepits; retainingwalls, flagstone patios, paver patios; planting shrubs, flowers, andtrees, sod and artificial grass; operate various tools and equipment,including chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels; measuring equipmentshovels, hammers, drills, etc.; digging trenches; loading andunloading materials, tools and equipment required to complete landscapeconstruction projects; transporting materials using shovels,wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, and hand lifting/carrying, wearingappropriate personal protective equipment at all times. On-the-job trainingprovided. Potential worksites include Elbert County, CO and throughoutDenver metropolitan area.
The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, andequipment required to perform the job. 5 days/wk, 40 hrs/wk, M-F,8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Need 6 temporary and full-timeHardscape/Landscapers. 04/1/2024 - 12/15/2024. $20.25/hr.Overtime possible, as needed at $30.38/hr. The employer guarantees tooffer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each12-week period of the total employment period. Employer will use a singleworkweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers paid every twoweeks. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck requiredby law; no other deductions will be taken by the employer. Employer willreimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (does not includepassport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer willreimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place ofrecruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract orwhere the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay forworker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back homeor to the place the worker original departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Theamount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Dailysubsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to amaximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
