  ASRC Federal Holding Company is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Marketing Specialist - Talent Sourcer to join our team. This is a remote opportunity within local distance to Reston, VA - ideal candidate should reside in the DMV area.

  Here at ASRC Federal Holding Company, we provide shared services, including recruitment, to our subsidiary companies located nationwide. Our companies provide an array of services to the Federal government from defense, IT, consulting, aerospace engineering, and military base operations and maintenance.

  Roles/Responsibilities:

  Our recruiting team operates with service level agreements to provide exceptional services to our clients. Expectations for this position will include executing innovative strategies, developing a diverse candidate pool, pre-screening, selecting, and hiring the best candidates for ASRC Federal and its Subsidiaries in a fast paced environment. Primary focus is talent sourcing and recruitment marketing.

  In this position you will support Defense and Intel programs, as well as Enterprise initiatives as needed.

  Position includes some of the following activities:

  Develops sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates through creative methods such as job posting, data mining of the internet, on-line databases, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, networking, cold calling, competitor research, career fairs, etc.

  Building talent pipelines, sourcing candidates for core competencies across the business, providing resume slates to Recruiters.

  Building and launching recruitment marketing campaigns, social media engagement, employer brand awareness, and building contact lists in CRM tool.

  Act as liaison with Marcomm team and Enterprise TA Operations team for organic and inorganic marketing efforts and campaigns; paid digital ads, recommending various tactics based on target skills-audience-geo locations; monitor performance and assist with analytics & ROI.

  Assist Marcomm with producing creative content, messaging, images, videos and other assets to assist with brand awareness, candidate engagement, and campaigns. Build out TA asset library for organic recruitment marketing.

  Work with Marcomm team to build out targeted landing pages.

  Talent sourcing; generating a large volume of high quality candidates and resume slates.

  Maintains a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.

  Researching hiring events nationwide specific to target skills and geographical locations; register for events, build/design booths for virtual hiring events, closing of events with key metrics for ROI on how successful event was.

  Research and grow partnerships to include college/universities; veterans/military; diversity (DE&I) and other areas to expand our outreach efforts.

  Ensure regulatory as well as client specific compliance including OFCCP, DOL, and DCAA.

  Assists with employment advertising campaigns and programs.

  Assists with recruitment planning including staffing metrics and applicant tracking.

  Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.

  Participates in enterprise wide task teams and initiatives.

  Supports proposal efforts with our BD/Capture/Proposal team.

  Assists with contract transitions and incumbent capture.

  Requirements:

  Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the Federal contracting industry.

  Experience recruiting for a federal government contractor and cleared candidates is a plus.

  Experience recruiting in the Defense/DOD industry is a plus.

  Experience with recruitment marketing, social media engagement, brand awareness and engagement, campaigning, CRM tool, etc. required.

  Experience creating recruitment marketing content, fliers, emails blasts, drip campaigns, etc.

  Strong talent sourcing experience.

  Must be creative and excellent writer.

  Must be self-driven and able to think big picture and strategically.

  Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  Demonstrated knowledge of using staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, electronic job boards and social media. Strong internet mining experience.

  Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws.

  Strong teamwork as well as the ability to work independently. Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.

  Experience working in a fast paced, change oriented environment.

  Requires initiative, passion and determination to get the job done.

  Must be able to travel at least once a quarter.

  Must have excellent organization, communication and time management skills.
