Accountabilities: - Assist with recruitment andonboarding efforts in a high-volume staffing function. - Identify newand creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. - Handlecandidate communication flow from initial contact to offer letter andbeyond. - Conduct phone screens ensuring cultural alignment ofcandidates and manage the overall interview process. - Ensure referencesand background checks are completed in a timely manner. - Place a strongfocus on Diversity & Inclusion in the hiring process. - Coordinate therequisition process, seeking efficiency with the candidate\'s experiencein mind. - Coordinate the Onboarding Program to ensure a welcoming andrewarding new hire experience. - Create and distribute communications,forms, presentations, and training materials on behalf of the HR team. -Actively contribute to the Events Committee. - Support efforts relatedto organizational compliance with HR laws and regulations. - Providebackup support to various HR team members. - Other duties as assigned byleadership.
