　　Our client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in the Conshohocken, PA area!

　　THIS POSITION IS HYBRID/MOSTLY REMOTE. MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 MILES OF CONSHOHOCKEN

　　Hours: Full time, 40 hrs/wk

　　Must haves:

　　Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

　　1-3 years of hands-on recruitment and hiring process management.

　　Proficiency in online sourcing tools, networking, and experience with ATS and HRIS systems.

　　Excellent organization and communication skills

　　Eager, willing to think outside the box

　　Own the candidate interview process, collaborating with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.

　　Develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, aligning with customer/partner expectations.

　　Coordinate interviews, manage hiring materials, and handle logistics for out-of-state candidates.

　　Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

　　Facilitate smooth negotiation and offer stages as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates.

　　Contribute to special projects and recruiting initiatives, with a focus on diversity recruitment.

　　Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners.

　　Showcase organizational skills, accuracy, and an eye for detail.

　　Interact positively with employees and candidates, bringing energy and enthusiasm.
