  Broadridge is growing! We are currently seeking a Data Entry Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Vote Processing team during our high-volume season of Proxy Voting support. You will enter alpha and numerical data from the Proxy Voting tabulations into the Mainframe system, using a high level of attention to detail. We are looking for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.

  This is a temporary, contract position expected to last through the end of June, 2024. The work hours will be 9:00 - 6:00 p.m. EDT with some overtime required.

  We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remotely.

  Responsibilities:

  Key alpha and numerical data on Proxy Votes into various systems

  Create and save documents of all types

  Validate spreadsheets (non-financial)

  Use systems such as Tran Star (Oracle), TA Workflow, Money Manager, Kofax (Citrix), SharePoint,

  Update various reports

  Qualifications:

  High school diploma or equivalent

  Must have Internet and your own PC with Windows 10 or above, dual monitors, and a keyboard with 10 key

  Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel

  Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multitask, recognizing the importance of deadlines

  Must be available to work between the hours of 9 AM - 6 PM EDT, and additional overtime hours, including some Saturday mornings

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with accuracy and speed

  The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
