Responsibilities

Connect with clients to understand their hiring needs,ensuring you bring in the best talent for their teams.

Use a variety of sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates for roles across different industries.

Evaluate candidates to ensure a great match for both the position and the client s culture.

Schedule and facilitate interviews,guide candidates through the hiring process (full onboarding) to ensure they have a seamless experience.

Track your progress with candidates in real-time using ATS tools and share insights to help improve and streamline recruitment processes.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of Recruiting experience (agency experience is a plus) or Customer Service experience. 

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to connect with people at all levels.

Organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

A passion for working with people,a positive attitude,and willingness to go above and beyond to support clients and candidates.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

Pay

$18.00 Per Hour + Commissions

Schedule

Day Shift | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM | Monday Friday | Full Time
